SHIPPING
The Scouts make every attempt to get your in-stock order out within 48 hours. We ship UPS standard ground shipping where available; USPS to all others, including APO boxes. Please contact us for any special shipping arrangements you may require. Sorry, at this time we are unable to ship to international addresses.
Larger items will be shipped by freight. One of the Scouts will contact you to make arrangements.
Each order is carefully inspected and packed; however, we cannot control what happens when your package leaves our shop. In the unlikely event your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for instructions on how to handle your claim. Please do not discard any packaging; it may be needed for your claim.
RETURN POLICY
The Scouts want you to be tickled pink with your purchase. If for some reason you are less than thrilled with your order, we accept returns on new and unused merchandise within 14 days for exchange or store credit. Sale items, vintage pieces, and special orders are sold “as is” and are final sales. We regret that shipping costs are not refundable. Please contact us for instructions and approval before returning any items.
BACKORDERS
One of the Scouts will contact you if the item you purchased is on backorder. You will be given an approximate ship date if available. We try our hardest to keep all items in stock, but due to the unique nature of many of our pieces, please accept our apology if what you ordered is sold out and no longer available.
SALES TAX
All items purchased online and shipped within the state of Ohio will have the appropriate sales tax added to the order.

We know what it’s like to have your inbox filled with junk; therefore we will not share your information with anyone.
